Just don’t know yet if I will utilize this as early as now. I don’t have much posts in here yet but let me see if I can find ways to use this blog and be more productive in the blogosphere. Every time I will buy new domains, I always thought that I am the first owner of it especially when I will search for it and I can order it immediately. Just like this domain, I thought I am the first owner of this. But when my good friend said last night that it’s one of her domains before, I’ve decided to check the real history of this mixedthoughts.info. And this is the one that I’ve discovered from whois.domaintools.com/mixedthoughts.info. This domain had 7 Name-server changes for the past 7 years, 18 IP histories changes for the past 6 years and 12 who-is records archived since April 23, 2010 (I bet this is the time when my friend didn’t renew this domain.). WOOO! Imagine that, it’s being owned by 12 people already! Great!

So, if this domain has twelve owners, it means that I am the 12th owner or I think I am the 13th who tried buying this one. Hmmm, pretty interesting huh! Anyway, once a domain name will not be renewed by the first or last domain name owner, it will have at least 60 days of reactivation in which it will cost a fortune for one domain name alone. Though, it will depend mostly on the domain name seller of how much is the reactivation fee and charges. Others will have at least $60 for reactivation (others imposed much higher fees). But if it will not be bought again, then, it will be deleted totally after that grace period in which the domain name will be available again to that domain name owner or to other domain name purchasers.

Anyway, I’ve already experienced this with my other domain in which after the grace period, it will be like I was waiting for it to be deleted because I didn’t have the fee for activation. All I had was at least $12 to purchase it again like a new first hand domain. But when I tried buying that .com domain, I was surprised because it was being owned by another blogger. Oh well, no begging, it’s just fine. There are lots of words out there in which I can purchase and make a domain anytime I want to. Just like this one. And thanks to my friend for letting go of this and thanks to other domain name buyer for not purchasing this because right now, I own this one and even if I DON’T LIKE .INFO domain(s), at least I am giving it a try once again of owning this .info together with my other .info domains (like around less than 5). Hope to have good blessings in here from Mr. G in the coming months so that I can somehow utilize this in the blogosphere and will surely renew this in the coming years (for as long as I live).
